How Do I... |
Jamil grew up in Scotland and moved with his family to London before starting high school. He trained in Medicine at Kings College School of Medicine, and went on to training in General practice after his junior hospital posts. He joined the Waterside Medical Centre in February 2003 (when it was known as the Norwood Road Surgery).
He has an interest in medical education, and teaches medical students from Imperial College. He is a Programme Director on the Central Middlesex Hospital Vocational Training Scheme, and is an approved trainer, which allows him to train doctors to become General Practitioners.
He has an interest in Occupational Health Medicine, and works for the Royal College of General Practitioners as a Health and Work Trainer. He also has an interest in alternative medicine, and undertakes a limited practice in acupuncture.
He is married with 3 children, and his hobbies include martial arts and travelling.
Dr Eva Clemente
Originally from Spain, Dr Clemente went to Medical School in Madrid. She graduated and moved to the UK in 1997. She worked as a junior doctor in many different hospitals including Taunton in Somerset, Ashford and St Peter’s and Central Middlesex. Dr Clemente became a GP in 2003 and worked as a salaried GP in Harrow for eight years before moving to Ealing.
Dr Clemente is also interested in teaching, and has been involved with Imperial College for many years. Medical students are taught in the practice and is approved to train Registrars who wish to become General Practitioners.

Nurse Jenny Furey
Nurse Furey is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who
sees patients with Minor Illness as well as the full range of practice
nursing. provides a wide
range of nursing services at the practice and has
particular expertise in Respiratory Illness including Asthma and COPD.
Nurse Gurjit Ahluwalia
Nurse Ahluwalia is an experienced Practice Nurse who
provides a wide range of nursing services at the practice and has a
particular interest in holistic medicine and health promotion.
Healthcare Assistant: Safdar Qureshi
Safdar
offers a number of services including new patient examinations, blood
tests, and other simple
tests.
