Do you need a HOME VISIT? Are you housebound or too ill to leave home?

Ring the surgery before 10am and we can offer you telephone advice or a doctor, nurse, health visitor, district nurse or paramedic may come to visit you at home. Remember if you can come to the surgery please do so as we can then have time to visit those who are too ill to leave home. We thank you for this.

Is the SURGERY CLOSED?

Please call our out-of-hours GP team direct on 0300 130 3016 (charged at LOCAL call rate and included in mobile inclusive minutes) or ring the surgery on 020 8574 4454 and we will divert you to them.
