Waterside Medical Centre is an NHS registered GP Practice.
We offer same day and pre-bookable appointments and if your need is
urgent we will see you as soon as we possibly can.
If your need is not urgent and all our appointment slots
are taken, we will see you when we are able and will also provide you
with an alternative solution including providing you with details of our
Out of Hours service.
Please remember that each appointment is for one person
only.
If you wish we are happy to provide a chaperone during
physical examinations. Your doctor may offer this or you may request it
yourself.
Help Us to Help You
Please do everything possible to keep your appointments.
Tell us as soon as possible if you cannot attend, so that the
appointment can be given to another patient.
Please let us know if your personal details change i.e.
Name, Address, Telephone Numbers, so we can keep your records up to
date.
