Our practice is in
Southall and is committed to delivering high
quality healthcare services to meet the needs of our
patient population.
We are a great team offering a friendly and personal
service. We offer 10 minute appointments with a
choice of two GPs, two nurses, one health care
assistant and GP trainees.
Our priorities include:

We are interested in the
views and comments of our patients so that together with
staff and the Primary Care Trust we can respond to the
changing needs of our population. We are
developing a patients' forum and we regularly
carry out surveys to help us gather views. Our
comments box is located in reception and any comments are most welcome.
We will endeavour to keep you updated of developments at
the surgery with a quarterly newsletter and on this website.
PRACTICE LOCATION
We are on Tyler Road just
off McNair Road as it comes off Havelock Road.
